I’m back blogging and had to unpublish 20 posts i wrote in 2008. What can I say? I kinda missed it. My first visit in my own site for a little over a year… no single entry in 2009, how did that happened? I’m usually on top of the things I love the most. It must be that I found greater love, or should I say I thought I found greater love. Whatever it was is yet to be determined, perhaps not now, but i believe in time it will.

I wish I can reach the sky, look into the stars and peek how my life is written. I dream to sit by a homeless old man in a snowy cold weather and give my warmest sheet. If I can only take the heartaches and pains away from my loved ones and add them up to mine, I would. I know life is no fairytale but it doesn’t mean you can stop hoping of a simple happy ending.

Yes, my statements seem very unfocused, but I promise to express them with a more liberal form in my entries to come. I’m not a writer, I have accepted that fact, yet I am eager to share my thoughts again with everyone as I live through the events that matters most in my life.

As I turn my life back around, I am hopeful to move forward and learn from the experiences I landed on. I have claimed it, 2010 will make MY LIFE MORE PROFOUND.

Traffic School

I attended Traffic School for my violation– FAILURE TO YIELD TO RIGHT OF WAY OF PEDESTRIAN. Up to now, I’m still trying to remember the scene…I honestly didn’t see anyone crossing or about to cross the pedestrian lane. But indeed, I’m blessed that I have not hurt anyone.

There were atleast 200 people in the court house, with different and random traffic violations. Traffic School was fun—fun in a sense that everyone of us got along well. The class was lively with a very entertaining proctor. It only lasted for an hour, but I surely learned alot from it. –BACK TO BASICS!

Mom’s Eye

My mom had a minor surgery today—Cataract Removal. It was done at Capitol Medical Center (where my brothers and I were born) in Q.C., Philippines. I’ve talked to her few minutes ago and she is just doing fine…I’m glad! She has brand new, clearer eyes now!

Olympic Gymnastica

For right now, I’m in-love with US Olympic Gymnasts Justin Spring and Jonathan Horton especially when they separately finished a flawless landing on the High Bar category yesterday. My heart was seriously pounding while watching them with all their routines. USA finished with a Bronze-not bad! China, as expected, won the GOLD and Japan got the Silver respectively. (2008 Summer Olympics: Beijing, China)

Twenty years ago, my mom enrolled me in Club Gymnastica. Gymnastics was the most enjoyable summer sport for me (Out of the many summer classes I had during my childhood years). I remember doing stunts on the balance beam, vault, uneven bars and trampoline. From stretchings to rollings to handstands to cartwheels to handsprings to double back-handsprings…flying and falling, boy, I would never forget those body-aching times. Thanks mom! Too bad, I’m not as flexible (body-wise) as I used to be.

Fighting My Own Battle

I’m working again…this has been my life since I migrated in the States. Living abroad means working extremely hard. One cannot have a moment of laziness, for he/she may not survive. I’m fighting my own battle…surviving my own life. I’m all alone, no family, no nothing. I’m just holding on with my FAITH. And I am making it happen.

I was in a Filipino gathering here in Salt Lake City last Saturday. There were atleast 200 attendees. I worked the night before and stayed up the following day just to be there. Lots of Filipino food ofcourse…pancit, kare-kare, dinuguan, pinakbet, menudo, adobo, imbutido, suman, sinigang, and so on… but the most amazing to see was my favorite…Crispy LECHON!

I met this J guy, he was nice and I was with him most of the time during the event. Then came this D guy… he was trying to be funny…He asked for my number on three separate occasions to get to know me and all that… (IF YOU KNOW ME WELL YOU HAVE GUESSED IT RIGHT)—I did not give my number! Was I rude or Was I rude? Simply because I didn’t like him. He’s one of those weird-o-s.

Profession VS Vocation

I’m taking care of six patients with one on mechanical ventilation. I love them. I have always loved my patients + family. I feel them.

I have always thought of nursing as a vocation more than a profession.
